Safety Cautions & Operating Procedure
Important Safety Guidelines:
- Maintain hole spacing between 30-60 cm when using rock expansive cracking agent
- Thoroughly clean holes with an air blow gun before filling with expansive slurry to remove dust and debris
- Workers must wear protective goggles and rubber gloves during pouring operations
- Control drilling depth within 90% of total material depth (optimal range: ~70%), never drill through. Maintain 10-15 cm of rock/concrete at bottom
- Ensure a free surface (open face) is available in the breaking direction for safe and effective operation
- Clean holes again using an air blow gun before filling with expansive slurry
- Avoid positioning heads directly above holes during filling to prevent gas or slurry ejection
- In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention
- Fill slurry evenly to about 15 cm below hole mouth, stir to eliminate air pockets, then seal and cover with straw mats
- Personnel should not remain on-site for at least three hours after filling. Maintain safe distance if presence is necessary
- Thoroughly wash all exposed skin after operation completion to prevent irritation
