Example Applications:
• Hole diameter 76mm/3", distance between holes 700*700mm: consumption ≈ 7-8 kg per meter of depth
• Hole diameter 89-90mm/3.5", distance between holes 900*900mm: consumption ≈ 12 kg per meter of depth
- Maintain hole spacing between 30-60 cm when using rock expansive cracking agent
- Thoroughly clean holes with an air blow gun before filling to remove dust and debris
- Workers must wear protective goggles and rubber gloves during pouring operations
- Control drilling depth within 90% of total material depth (optimal: 70%); never drill through - maintain 10-15 cm at bottom
- Ensure a free surface (open face) is available in the breaking direction
- Clean holes again with air blow gun before filling with expansive slurry
- Avoid positioning heads directly above holes during filling due to potential gas/slurry ejection
- In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention
- Fill slurry evenly to about 15 cm below hole mouth, stir to eliminate air pockets, then seal and cover with straw mats
- Personnel should not remain on-site for at least three hours after filling; maintain safe distance if presence is necessary
- Thoroughly wash all exposed skin after completing operations
